The Photoshoot Journey - How it all works – Easy as 1-2-3-4!

Step 1 – Say hi

Message me on WhatsApp or send an email to share your dream shoot—maternity, family, generations, outdoors, indoors—whatever you’re imagining.

Step 2 – Plan it together

I’ll help you choose the perfect location (Nottingham, Derby, even your home!), plan outfits, and work out the best time of day for gorgeous light.

Step 3 – Photoshoot time!

We’ll spend 1–2 hours capturing real, heartfelt moments. Whether that’s exploring Elvaston Castle, chasing toddlers at Wollaton Park, or cuddling up at home—I’ll make it fun, not fussy.

Step 4 – Relive the magic

Whithin 48 hours you’ll get a proof gallery to choose your favourites. Once you confirm your picks, I’ll edit and deliver the final images within 14 working days.

Booking Fee

£20 Monday to Friday | £40 Saturday

To secure your date, a booking fee is required. By paying the booking fee, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the Client Contract and Terms & Conditions provided at the time of booking. A receipt will be sent to you the same working day.

Payment

The Booking Fee will not be deducted from your chosen package. Please be prepared to make the package payment upon arrival for your photoshoot.

About My Photography Studio in Eastwood

Prefer an indoor session?
I’ve got a bright, private studio right here in Eastwood, Nottingham!

The studio is set in a cosy extension at the back of my house, with a separate entrance just for you—giving you lots of privacy and space to relax.
There’s free parking right in front of the house, so it’s easy to come with kids, bags, or bump-friendly needs.

Inside, the studio is bright, calm, and welcoming, perfect for family portraits, maternity sessions, and little milestone moments.
We also have a toilet and a changing area, so outfit swaps are easy and stress-free.

FAQs – Just in case you’re wondering...

2–4 weeks in advance is ideal, especially for weekends or seasonal shoots.

Absolutely! I love including grandparents, cousins, and even your furry family members. Just let me know when booking—my studio comfortably fits up to 7 people.

I’ve got you! Once you book, I’ll send you a style guide with colour tips, do’s and don’ts, and some outfit inspo.

Absolutely—I regularly shoot in Derby and around the East Midlands. A small travel fee may apply if it’s more than 20 miles from Eastwood.

They’re included in the Deluxe package only. Edited photos are always included in every package.
